Welcome to Faisalabad Grocery. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the faisalabadgrocery.store website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Faisalabad Grocery ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are a resident of Pakistan or accessing our Services from within Pakistan.
• All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

2. Account Registration

To place orders and access certain features, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password).
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Not create multiple accounts or use false information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information including images, descriptions, prices, and availability. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in product information, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.
• Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Sale prices and promotional offers are available for limited periods and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with incorrect pricing, even after order confirmation.
• Coupon codes and promotional discounts are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Placement

By placing an order through our Services, you agree to purchase the selected products at the displayed prices (including delivery fees and applicable charges). An order is considered placed when you receive a confirmation from our system.

4.2 Minimum Order

A minimum order amount may apply. Currently, the minimum order value is Rs.200 (subject to change).

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the delivery rider in cash upon receiving your order.
• JazzCash: Pay via JazzCash mobile wallet.
• EasyPaisa: Pay via EasyPaisa mobile wallet.
• Bank Transfer: Transfer payment to our designated bank account (details provided at checkout).
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other supported cards through our payment processor.

4.4 Payment Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. However, we do not store credit/debit card details on our servers. All card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver to select areas within Faisalabad. Delivery availability and fees may vary by location. Please check your area during checkout.

5.2 Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within 2-3 hours of placement during business hours (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM). Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, traffic, and other factors.

5.3 Delivery Fees

A delivery fee applies to orders below the free delivery threshold. Free delivery is available on orders above the threshold amount (currently Rs.1500, subject to change). The applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout.

5.4 Delivery Responsibilities

• You or your authorized representative must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• Our delivery rider will attempt delivery once. If you are unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule.
• Orders not delivered within 24 hours due to customer unavailability may be cancelled with applicable restocking charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Faisalabad Grocery or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services without authorization.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faisalabad Grocery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order or transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Faisalabad Grocery, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
